Damascus resident, Robert “Bob” Tubbs, died peacefully on
July 28, 2026. A memorial service will be held at Grace Community Church in
Gresham, Oregon on August 18th, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
Bob was born in Portland, Oregon in 1931. He enjoyed all
things related to fishing and hunting. As a young adult, Bob served in the Navy
in the Korean War. Bob also loved spending summers at ‘the Lake’ in Canada.
Bob was proceeded in death by his wife of 52 years, Bee
Tubbs and his grandson, Benjamin Eldridge. He is survived by his daughters
Roberta Gibson and
Colleen Kellen, and his son Frank Tubbs. He is also survived
by seven grandchildren (Kevin Johnson, Karen Hill, Nick Tubbs, Jessica Warren,
Zach Tubbs,
Robert Eldridge, & Delwin Daugherty and eight great-grandchildren.
Bob was one of a kind and will be missed greatly by his
family and friends.
