Doreen Bizeau passed away Sunday, September 27th, 2015 in her home surrounded by loved ones. She passed peacefully in her sleep.
Doreen was born in Portland, Oregon on November 24th, 1953 to Charles and Barbara (Meloy) Bizeau. She was the second child born of four sisters.
Doreen was raised in Milwaukie, Oregon. She attended and graduated from Clackamas Highschool in 1972. She worked for North Clackamas School District at Lot Whitcomb Elementary as a student assistant, until she retired after 35 years.
Doreen had a great love for life and seemed to be able to find the positive side of everything. She was beautiful inside and out. Her number one love was her family and she took great pride in all of them. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, tending to her garden and flowers. She often said that being outside in her yard was "like therapy" for her. Doreen was extremely crafty and also enjoyed sewing. She had the chance to travel a lot and also found great joy in riding the Harley Davidson with her husband. She loved with every inch of her self, always had a beautiful smile on her face, and spent her life looking for "bright spots" and sharing them with others.
Doreen is survived by her husband Jim Perkins of Sandy, Oregon, daughter Amber Totten of Gresham, Oregon, son Steven Totten of Gladstone, Oregon, three step-children, Wendi Foster, Travis Perkins, JD Perkins, 11 grandchildren, 3 sisters, and countless nieces and nephews.
