Cheryl (Cheri) Hazelett of Sandy Oregon passed away peacefully at home on November 22nd, 2019.

Cheri was married to her beloved husband Allan Hazelett for 54 years and leaves behind 1 brother Gordon (Sonny) Clark, 5 children Beverly, Kathy, David, Tracy, and Logan, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
