Ciera was born November 12, 1990 at OHSU to parents Dean Nelson & Juli Brandner.
She passed away on December 27, 2021, she was 31.
She is preceded in death by her father Dean Nelson, and both her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her mother Juli Brandner, brother Cy Nelson, niece Stella Nelson, sister Susan McCoy as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends she considered family.
