Clair Lee Trelstad age 70, of Brightwood, Oregon passed away in Portland,Oregon on December 26, 2020.
At this time no celebration of life will be held due to the covid lockdown. To be announced at a later date.
Clair was born in Tillamook,Oregon on November 2, 1950. He graduated from Tillamook high school and continued on to receive a 2 year degree in auto body repair from Portland community college.
Clair was in the army reserves from 1970-1976.
Clair was married to Laurel( Laurie) Dunham on August 31 st, 1974 at Wildwood park in Brightwood, Oregon. They were married 46 years.
Clair owned Straightway auto body for 25 years in Gresham, Oregon.
Clair enjoyed restoring old cars in his free time. Clair also enjoyed spending time with his family camping.
Clair is survived by Laurel is wife, Matthew Trelstad, Nicholas Trelstad, Byron Trelstad,Mariah Trelstad and Sarah Trelstad his children, Dawnee Trelstad and Henry Trelstad his grandchildren. His sister Maureen Trautmen, nieces and nephews; Dana Clifton, Michelle Trelstad-Miller, Mark Trelstad, Bryan Trelstad, Tara Heesacker, Heather Trautmen-Todd and Ashley Ralston.
Clair is preceded in death by his dad Clarence Trelstad, his mom Orinda Trelstad.
Clair was a great husband and a wonderful father to us all and will be dearly missed.
