Baby Connor Michael Coates passed away in his mother’s arms Monday
June 23, 2014. He was 4 days old.

A Memorial Service will be held for Connor on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at the Community Church of Sandy.

He is survived by his parents; Jason and Kim Coates of Sandy; Grandparents, Mike and Susan Coates and Judith Goins; as well as Great Grandmothers, Delores Hartley and Rosemary Goins.
