Ethel Inez Camp was born May 13, 1922 in Lamar, Oklahoma to Tennessee Wilma (Barnes) and Coffee James Camp. She was one of 11 children. She met Merle Stotts after her family moved to California. They were married in Lewiston, ID on July 25, 1941 and settled in Boring, Oregon where they raised their four children; Beverley Ann, Dianna Kay, Bradford Allen and Stanley Dean. She passed away peacefully in her home in Boring on January 14, 2017 at the age of 94 surrounded by her loving family.
A memorial service was held Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Sandy Baptist Church. Burial was at Cliffside Cemetery in Sandy.
Inez loved to garden, spend time with family and travel to visit her siblings in Oklahoma every summer for as long as her health allowed. Her family & love for God was her life. At the time of her death she was the oldest living member of Sandy Baptist Church; which she attended since 1962.
Inez was preceded in death by her Son-In-Law Don Jones and her husband, Merle, of 69 years. She is survived by her sister Dora Addington of Holdenville, OK, her four children Bev Jones of Sandy, OR, Dianna & Gene Lindroth of Boring, OR, Brad & Jan Stotts of Damascus, OR and Stan & Betty Stotts of Boring, OR, 14 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, and 12 Great Great Grandchildren.
