Flora “Sally” Sandercock was born October 21, 1926 in Quincy, Illinois to Henry and Flora (Young) Forrest. Sally died August 26th, 2020, at the age of 93.
She was a resident of Sandy for over 60 years and a faithful parishioner at St. Michael Catholic Church. Sally was devoted to her faith, family, and had great love for gardening. Sally was known for her passion for music and her gift of singing. She sang at many weddings throughout her life. She was the foundation that kept her family going during hard times and is leaving a large space to fill in their hearts.
Sally was married to Ralph Sandercock Sr. for 49 years until his death in 1993. She is survived by her sister, Gerry Stout, son, Ralph Sandercock Jr. and his wife Mary. Her grandchildren, Nancy Byce and Sue Sandercock, great-grandchildren, Anton Maier and Gavin Maier, great-great grandchildren, Natalya, Zolin, and Torin Maier.
She will be deeply missed and will always be in our hearts.
