Geneva (Neve) B. Copper passed away from respiratory failure on September 12, 2015. While Neve lived most of her life in Sandy, Oregon, most recently she resided in Anna’s Adult Foster Home in Portland, Oregon. Geneva was born on May 6, 1929 in Enterprise, Oregon and she graduated from High School in Stevenson, Washington. On June 12, 1948 she married Carl H. Copper. Geneva retired from Mt. Hood Community College where she worked as an AV Librarian.
Her hobbies included traveling, spoiling her animals, bird watching and working in her yard. She also enjoyed seeing family and friends including her many social groups. She was widowed in December of 1985.
Neve is survived by her children Mike (Shannon) Copper, Sue (Jack) Copher; her grandchildren Megan (John) Holder, Chris Copper, Courtney (Casey) Krushwitz, Jessica (Justus) Larson, Jeff Copher; and great grandchildren Samantha & Travis Holder, Paisley Copper and Jackson & Kennady Larson. There will be a Celebration of Life later this year. The details will be announced at a later date.
