Leroy and Sally Russell and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sorry I can't make it down for the funeral. Sharon Russell
It's hard to believe that you are gone Jim. Although we only worked together for a little over 3 years, I always liked being around you and missed you a lot when you transferred to Portland. You had a way of knowing things and figuring out how to do new stuff that really amazed me and you could always surprise me with all the little detailed things you remembered. Just a few months ago I called to find out the pass code to our file room and you knew it. And I knew that you would know it. You and I would sit and talk and figure out the best way to do our work. You helped make work fun even when we were swamped with work. You were always so polite and even though you joked around and teased people, you were always careful to be kind. And I always liked that family came first with you. Even though I never met your folks I know they are wonderful people cause you talked about them a lot. And even though I missed you, I was glad that you got the job in Portland cause that meant you could be around them more. I miss you bud. Bobbie Bobbie Weitzel
I only worked with Jim for about a year at the Army Corps of Engineers, but was devastated to hear about his passing. He was such a sweet and kind person who was a very helpful co-worker as I started my new position. He was one of my favorite people in the office due to his kindness. He will truly be missed. My thoughts go out to the family in this difficult time. Remember the good times, as he would have wanted everyone to be happy - that was always his goal with daily life. Brooke Patterson
Extremely sorry to hear about Jim's sudden passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Charles and Robyn Russell
