Joel Larry Allott was born in Rotherham, England October 1st 2008 and died March 26th 2018. He leaves behind his Mum, Dad, sister, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins and, a dog, two goats and a cat. He was a light to everyone he met. He loved his family dearly, and they loved him dearly in return.
Joel was sweet, polite, affectionate and brave. His strength made his family strong. He always had a hint of naughty in his eye and the most incredible sense of humor. He was patient and kind, he was old beyond his age and put up with more discomfort than any child ever should – yet he rarely complained.
Joel was home schooled by his Mum. He loved to learn and was very intelligent, his favorite was math. He would do his lessons, even when he was too sick to get out of bed. He loved to watch the news and to be up to date with current events.
Jo was very social, and he enjoyed playing video games for hours with his friends. Whilst at home, “Big bear” was his constant companion, he loved that stinky bear. He also loved to just sit and have Mama snuggles.
Joel came alive when he could “ride”, whether it be a motorbike, a quad, a Razor, a Gator, a golf cart, Segway – you name it. He loved the dirt track his Daddy made for him in the yard and to go to Sandlake. He was a fantastic driver and could even back up a trailer.
Jo called his Dad his “Best Buddy”, they would fix in the barn together for hours and get into all sorts of trouble. Joel was a great friend.
Joel will be greatly missed, he made a big impact in many people’s lives and now he is with God.
The family will be donating monetary gifts to Randall Children Hospital in Memory of Joel and ask that blankets be bought for Randall Children hospital in lieu of flowers. The family will take the donations and blankets to the hospital.
