Judith Kay Lee passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on August 25, 2023, in Gresham, Oregon. Judy was born December 12, 1951, in Minot, North Dakota, the third of five children born to Chester and Helen Lee.
Judy grew up in Portland, Oregon, and attended David Douglas High School. As an adult, she worked for the Portland Post Office, Postal Workers Union and as an office administrator for the Oregon Radiology Board.
Judy loved dancing and listening to music, especially The Beatles. She was fun, outgoing and enjoyed having a great time. You could always find a smile on her face. She enjoyed camping, spending days at the beach and spending time with her family and friends. Her artistic talents were many and could be seen in all her crafting projects – sewing, crocheting, painting and scrapbooking just to mention a few. She also enjoyed home renovation projects and loved to constantly change the paint colors and décor.
Since 2011, Judy lived at East Fair Terrace Apartments in Gresham, Oregon where she made many friends over the years.
Judy is survived by her son Scott Lee (Shonna) and two grandchildren Benjamin and Shelby, sisters Linda Russell, Candis Knight (Steve), brother Mark and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents Chester (1982) and Helen (2005) Lee and brother Dean (2019).
