Karlie Amber Thometz, 18, of Eugene Oregon, passed away in a drunk driving accident on Saturday, December 16th, 2017.
Karlie was born in Lynnwood, Washington on June 13th, 1999. She had a big heart and a beautiful soul. Karlie would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. She would do anything for anyone. She had a contagious laugh and a smile that would light up any room. She loved to be outdoors exploring and having fun. Karlie had a heart for babies, especially her nieces and nephews. She had a challenging life but took each day as it came. She went wherever life took her and tried to make the best out of any situation.
She is survived by her father, Alan Thometz of Sandy, Oregon, and her mother, Charity Olson of Salem, Oregon and her siblings; Amber O’Brien, Aj Thometz, Andra Fondersmith, and Kaleb Moore of Sandy, Oregon; Chase Thometz of Jamestown, North Dakota; Chelsea Thometz of Welches, Oregon and many more family and friends.
Karlie, You’ll be forever loved, missed and remembered by all who had the pleasure of meeting you. Rest in Peace Beautiful!
A Celebration of Life for Karlie will be held at Sandy Assembly of God in Sandy, Oregon on Saturday, January 6th, at 11am. Flowers and Food can be delivered to Sandy Assembly of God in Sandy if desired. Any contributions can be made to Karlie’s Memorial Fund at Clackamas County Bank.
