Gresham resident Marguerite J. Johnson passed away on August 20, 2010 at Mt. Hood Medical Center. She was 88.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 1st, 2011 at Pioneer Park in Walla Walla, Washington.
Marguerite was born in Menahga, Minnesota in January of 1922 to William Henry and Tanna Johnson (Tuil) Noble.
She lived in many places around the world during her life including Hawaii, Australia, and the Philippines. She moved to Gresham in 1994.
Marguerite enjoyed traveling, oil painting, and reading.
She is survived by her sons, Michael M. Johnson of Kennewick, WA and David G. Johnson of Gresham, OR; daughters, Sharon M. Schlageter of Gresham and Donna M. Wiley of San Rafael CA; sister, Billie Pearson of Milton-Freewater, OR; 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Marguerite was predeceased by her brother Maynard Miller, sister Harriet Baird and grandson Kenneth W. Carver III.
