Beloved wife and mother, Nancy Jones, died on June 15, 2015. She was 62.
A viewing will be held from 9:00am - 10:00am on Saturday, June 27, 2015 in the chapel of Sandy Funeral Home with funeral service beginning at 10:15am. Burial will follow at Cliffside Cemetery.
She was born, Nancy Caroline Skogan to Arthur and Zadie (Haley) Skogan. She worked at the Oregon Bulb Farm for many years where she met her husband Don Jones. They were married on March 15, 1974. She spent 41 years as a homemaker and mother.
Nancy played the piano at church for many years and instilled a love of hymns in everyone around her. She loved spending time with her family at the beach. Nancy lived to praise her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and to spread His love to everyone she encountered.
Surviving are her husband Don Jones of Sandy, her children Jennifer Marty of Beaverton, Russell Jones of Portland, and Carol MacPherson of Fort Worth, 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 2 step-great grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
