Obituary

Former Welches resident, Nick Frazier passed away in a car accident on Barlow Trail Road in Brightwood on Sunday, March 8, 2009. He was 29.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at Sandy Assembly of God.

Nicholas Ray Frazier was born on February 15, 1980 in Portland to Gary and Sandee (Bond) Frazier. He was raised in Welches where he received his elementary education and attended Sandy High School.

Nick owned and operated Nick Frazier Carz in Rhododendron in the late 1990’s. For the last year and a half, he was employed at A & B Towing as a mechanic in Portland where he was currently working.

In 2007, Nick moved to Gresham and made his home.

Nick enjoyed and took much pride in his work as a mechanic. He loved listening to music, spending time at the beach at Sand Lake and driving his 2002 Chevy Duramax Diesel Truck. He appreciated his friends and family and lived life to the fullest. He was a very well loved and dedicated son, father, grandson and boyfriend.

Surviving are his parents, Gary Frazier of Welches; his mother, Sandee Bond of Sandy; his brothers, Josh Frazier of Welches, Ryan and Michael Bond both of Sandy; his sister, Cierra Frazier of Gresham; his sons, Max and Zack Frazier both of Sandy; his daughter, Halo Frazier of Gresham; his girlfriend Jessica Hoerth of Gresham and a baby on the way; his grandparents Floyd and Josie Splawn of Sandy.

Nicholas,it has been almost 2 1/2 yrs.since your passing. You are always on my mind..always. We are holding up but we all have our moments waiting for you to walk,call or unexpectly show up. I always speak of you as you are here..you are such a good son,miss your hugs and you calling me. I so wish I spent more time with you,I miss you dearly...You are such a wonderful son,brother and dad. I am proud of you.. I still see your smile and hear your laugh. Your brothers,Mike,Ryan and Joshua think of you all the time..Ryan said "Mom,Nick was the "glue" between us all"..and Nick always new how to make things right. Mike and Joshua have since had a boy each..and they carry your name,in honor of you...I still feel you near and it makes me smile.
