Tribute Wall

Phil was a long time friend dating back to Jr. High and Chaffey High School days. He was a good friend of my brother. They were both in the same grade. Phil, of times, would come over to visit and hang-out. I remember those times when we kids would play in the haystacks at Shady Grove Diary. Phil and I kept in contact via email in the last few years. He will be missed. Richard Kelley

Toni, Our deepest sympathy and thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time. Once in your life if you are lucky you are blessed with a friend that is more like a brother. I had that with Phil. I have some memories that I will treasure and some that will still bring a smile to my face when I think of our Navy days. Rest in Peace Buddy.
