Timothy Ray (TR) Lewis of Sandy, Oregon passed suddenly on August 26th, 2022. TR was born on June 30th 1981, in Astoria to Clarence Eugene (Geno) Lewis and Cindy Lou Hallmark. T.R. spent most of his life as a resident of the beautiful Long Beach Peninsula in Washington State and the towns below our majestic Mt. Hood. Both locales had the things TR loved the most, his family and friends.
TR enjoyed cooking and working on cars. Naturally a handy person, he excelled in construction and was inclined towards mechanical and technological gadgets. TR was almost as good at putting things back together as he was taking them apart. TR's true calling in life-both personal and professional, was caring for others. He found strength, purpose and meaning in helping those in need.
TR was proceeded in death by two people he cared for greatly, his grandmother Emma Gibbons and his mother, Cindy. Left behind to grieve are his Father, two Sisters, two Uncles, an Aunt and several cousins. His loss is felt deeply by close relatives, extended family, and his friends.
Family believe that TR must have felt like his work here was done. He was likely ready for a new calling as a handsome warrior, fashion guru or maybe he was simply ready for a reunion with family and friends already gone. Here is to a well deserved rest for TR free of scary movies and spiders.
No funeral services are planned at this time, but a Celebration of Life may be planned in the future. In honor of T.R.'s caring nature, his family would ask that instead of flowers you consider doing an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for another person. Your gift of continuing on the kindness TR gave to others so freely would be of great comfort.
