Wanda was born October 10, 1938 in Noonan, North Dakota to Paul & Ethel (Dihle) Lee. They moved to Mt. Vernon, Washington when she was a toddler where she remained until going to College.
Wanda married Harry Brice in San Francisco in 1959 and they had two children, Robert E. Brice and Linda Brice (husband Randy) Ojua. After her divorce, she worked full time as a bookkeeper and secretary to take care of her children. They lived in many towns throughout California, Oregon and Washington, finally settling in Oregon in the late 1970’s.
Her greatest joy in life was becoming a grandmother first to Jeff (wife Megan) Budke, followed by Emily Budke and Audrey Brice. She began spending all her free time visiting the grandkids in Sandy, Oregon and decided to retire at age 61 and move onto her daughters property to be closer to family where she remained until her death. Her most recent delight was becoming a great-grandmother to Samuel Budke born in February 2021. She is survived by all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild, her ex husband Harry Brice as well as her sister Arlene McKellar.
Her siblings were Eugene Lee, Patricia Wood, twins-Arliss Marshall & Arlene McKellar and brother Ken Lee.
She was loved by friends and family and will be greatly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held at her daughter's home on Saturday, October 1st between 1-4pm.
